HONDA UK CELEBRATES THE SUCCESS OF ITS RETAILER NETWORK IN ANNUAL CEREMONY

The Honda Retailer Awards 2022 took place on Friday night, 2^nd September 2022, on the 35^th floor of the Sky Garden, overlooking the city of London. The annual event is an opportunity whereby Honda UK recognise and reward the success of its retailer network.

More than 200 representatives made up of senior management from across the Honda retailer network and Honda UK, joined together to celebrate the award winners.

The Honda retailer network has seen success over the past 12 months during the introduction of the all-new HR-V e:HEV and most recently the all-new Civic e:HEV. Alongside the announcement of further four new models that will join the Honda automobile line-up over the next couple of years.

The Honda retailer awards are recognised as a real accolade amongst the network. The award categories and winners at the 2022 Honda retailer Awards were:

Top 5 Performer 2022 – Gatwick Honda

Top 5 Performer 2022 – Yeomans Honda, Bognor Regis

Top 5 Performer 2022 – Derek Warwick Honda

Top 5 Performer 2022 – Listers Honda, Solihull

retailer Group of the Year 2022 – Yeomans Honda

Most Improved Sales 2022 – G&M Honda

Most Improved Aftersales 2022 – Horizon Honda, Yeovil

President's Award 2022 – Chris Taylor, Group Operations Director, Vertu Honda

President's Award 2022 – Brayley Honda, Romford

The Yeomans Group were the recipients of three out of 10 awards on the night. Kevin Newitt, Operations Director, commented: “This was yet another huge achievement for the Yeomans Honda retailers. Yeomans has been named Retailer of the Year every year since 2016, and Retailer Group of the Year every year since 2017. It seems to be harder every year to retain the awards, and we have consistently managed to do so because our staff go above and beyond every day to give their customers a truly memorable experience. We really could not be prouder of them!”

The awards were presented by Rebecca Adamson, Head of Automobile, Honda UK and Jean-Marc Streng, President, Honda UK.
