All the three riders of the team led by Matteo Boffelli got to the podium of the standings in their classes and it was an outstanding hat-trick hit at the end of a tough year lived with passion and marked by the Coronavirus pandemic.
Roni Kytonen became the EJ1 class World Champion thanks to a double win achieved with head and heart, the Finnish rider ruled both days with the Honda-RedMoto CRF 250RX Enduro, finishing on the third step of the Junior Overall class.
It was an amazing race for Thomas Oldrati too, who was just four points behind title challenger Andrea Verona and he fought until the end for the title, but finished second on both days. A silver medal to add to his collection, he ended the weekend fourth in the EnduroGP.
It was third final place in the E3 class standings for the English rider Daniel McCanney, who finished fourth on Saturday and third on Sunday.
Matteo Boffelli and the whole team would like to seize this opportunity to thank sponsors and partners for their support in this incredible season! See you in 2021!
"Amazing season finale! It was incredible to fight to the end with Andrea. I had to win both days to get the title, but he was so fast. The second position is still a great result for me: I raced a great season, always ahead and without any regrets. Thanks to Matteo and the whole team".
"The aim of this race was to finish both days in front of Larrieu and that's what I did. The third final position is a good result. Thanks to the whole team for the excellent job".
"The race went much better than last weekend and I'm glad I was able to get the EJ1 World Title. I almost reached the podium in the Junior Overall, but I'm sure I'll do even better next year".
"A full and tough season with excellent results. All our riders always gave their best: Thomas went close to beat Verona in the E1, we are EJ1 World Champions with Rony and Daniel is third in the E3. We ruled this season! Well done guys! Now we are already looking forward to 2021".
