Ellie, who is returning from a year long maternity leave, will be working alongside Simon Branney in proactively managing the communications, in a move which significantly strengthens the car communications team. Ellie will be the first point of contact for the Civic range (including hatchback, Tourer and Type R), CR-V, FCV, Honda’s manufacturing facility in Swindon, ASIMO, as well as overseeing the press fleet. Simon’s remit will be NSX, HR-V, Jazz, HondaJet, motorshows and racing. Both Simon and Ellie will report into Karen Parry, Manager- Corporate Affairs.

Dev Mistry, who completed his placement year with the Honda UK PR department in 2013/14, returns to the team after graduating from University. Dev in the new role of PR Executive will be the first point of contact for all press fleet requests and general PR enquiries. Dev will be reporting into Ellie Ostinelli.

Aleisha Lloyd has joined the team for her year placement as part of her degree programme. Aleisha will work with David Rogers, PR Communications Manager for motorcycles, helping steer the UK launch of two important bikes for Honda: CRF1000L Africa Twin and the exclusive, road-going MotoGP bike, RC213V-S.

Tillie Smith and Monique Clarke have now left the business and will be returning to University after a successful year with the PR team. Everyone from the Honda (UK) Team wishes both of them the very best in their future studies and subsequent careers.
